RUBBER .CO Rubber. Co  runs six Rubber Factories. There are 3 Sheet Factories attached to Mbonge, Meanja and Malende Estates respectively and 3 Central Factories at Tiko, Mukonje and Pendamboko. The Sheet factories are run by the Estate Managers of the Estates to which they are attached and the 3 Central Factories are run by Factory managers who are all engineers. The operations of all the factories are coordinated by the Manager Rubber Production. The six factories process natural rubber in three technically specified marketable grades: SHEET RUBBER as Ribbed Smoke Sheets (RSS), CRUMB RUBBER as CNR 10, 3CV (Constant Viscosity) and L (Light Coloured Rubber) .
